Am I stuck in a Contract with you if I sign up for a hosting account? What if I cancel early?

All charges for Services, excluding Dedicated Servers, are covered by a 30-day money back guarantee and must be paid in advance according to the then current price applicable to the Services. Outside of the 30-Day grace period, no refunds will be issued for the remaining time.

If you received a free domain name from us during your signup and cancel anytime after the first three days, there will be a $10.00 charge for your domain name, which will be your domain name to keep for 1 year. The remaining balance will be refunded to the current credit card on file. If you paid via Check or Paypal your funds will be refunded using that method.
