First off, we would like to make it be known that all shared hosting accounts have been upgraded to reflect our new space allotments. Basically, if you had 100MB of space before, now you have 100GB. That seems like a decent upgrade. :) We were contemplating upgrading our reseller packages but because reseller accounts have a larger impact than shared hosting, we decided to keep the space allotments the same, at least for now.

Secondly, we would like to let you know that if you had experienced any problems recently, it would be in direct regards to our Apache updates. We had been altering the configuration drastically to improve server speed, security, and efficiency. If you have any questions regarding this, please feel free to let us know.
